Comparing 1–28 February with 1–28 March 2026. A before and after does not prove causality. Attributed value is not profit or net revenue.

Starting point

  1. 01Prospecting and remarketing were mixed in the same campaigns.
  2. 02The ads repeated similar messages.
  3. 03Spend was going to products with few purchases.

What we changed

  1. 01We separated prospecting and retargeting. We excluded recent buyers according to the repurchase cycle.
  2. 02We tested three creative angles: product in use, demonstration and a selection of favourites.
  3. 03We reviewed the budget split every week.
  4. 04We checked the purchase event and the value it reported.

How to read the data

Measurement covers web purchases with a 7-day click and 1-day view attribution window. Purchase value is attributed value: it is not profit or net revenue.

We read performance at total account level, without valuing prospecting and remarketing separately. A before and after comparison does not prove causality: it shows how the recorded results changed between the two periods, but not how much of the change each action caused.

Data anonymised under client confidentiality agreements.

Next step

Raise spend gradually, watching CPA together with margin, returns and new-customer acquisition.
